Help with Data Collection, Analysis, and Visualization

The GSU Library has a Research Data Services (RDS) Team that offers help with various statistical/quantitative and qualitative software tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Stata, Excel, R, Python, NVivo), finding data, data collection (e.g., Qualtrics survey tool and web scraping help), and mapping and data/GIS visualization (e.g., Tableau). Check out their website (library.gsu.edu/data) to learn more about their services, browse for workshop offerings, or email RDS Team members directly to set up appointments. The RDS Team also offers RDS@GSU Data Certification.

R Help

R Help

The Library has a Research Data Services (RDS) Team (library.gsu.edu/data) that offers workshops and one-on-one help on using various statistical software tools (including an R workshop series). 

Below is contact information for the RDS Team members who offer R help – you can email them to schedule an appointment:

R is available on all of the Library’s desktop computers – see the Library’s hours here – and is an open source software freely available for download here.

Python Help

Python Help

The Library has a Research Data Services (RDS) Team (library.gsu.edu/data) that offers workshops and one-on-one help on using various statistical software tools (including a Python workshop series).
