Logging chat statistics

Log statistics for every chat that comes in, even if you lose contact with the patron.

You can open the statistics log by clicking the analytics button before closing chat, or it will open by itself when you close the chat window closes.

Select Contact Mode, Question Status, and Effort/Knowledge Required (READ scale). You can leave the rest blank.

If it's a lost contact or otherwise does not need a READ scale number, log the chat anyway and select "Lost call" for the status and N/A for effort.
