In case if you do not like to use Overleaf, you need to download LaTeX software. Check out the MiKTeX or TeX Live distributions; they contain a complete TeX system with LaTeX itself and editors to write documents.
How to download TeX Live?
- Go to TeX Live website: https://www.tug.org/texlive/windows.html#install
- Click on install on Unix/GNU/Linux or install on Windows or install on MacOS depending on your system
- Click on Easy install
- Click on install-tl-windows.exe file
- Install the software
