Library Links allows Google Scholar to show you additional links to access articles through GSU, not just the items you would otherwise see in your results.
Here's how to turn it on:
Step 1 - On Google Scholar, click the Navigation in the top-left corner and select Settings.
Step 2 - Select Library Links
Step 3 - Search for Georgia State University and click the check box. Click Save.
