Biography
Abstract:
In this interview, Lindy Miller discusses her political activism as the candidate for Public Service Commissioner. She talks at length about the roles and responsibilities of the office and how Georgia is one of the few states in which the office is elected through a partisan race. Miller previously worked at Deloitte and was co-founder of a renewable energy company. Although Trump's victory in 2016 was a major catalyst motivating Miller to run for office, she discusses how she had always wanted to run and how her career primed her for public service.
