National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers
They are the leading association for companies engaged in the real estate investment management business. Their members manage separate accounts, sponsor funds and other real estate investment programs as well as develop and manage the assets in which they invest.
National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT)
Provides news related to REITs. Has a data section that provides current and historical domestic index returns, global index values and returns, and REIT performance ratings (including individual company ratings).
National Council of Real Estate Fiduciaries (NCREIF)
Provides index data by region and type of property. Also provides access to NPI performance reports.
Pension Real Estate Association
The Pension Real Estate Association is a non-profit trade organization for the global institutional real estate investment industry. Their members include public and corporate pension funds, endowments, foundations, Taft-Hartley funds, insurance companies, investment advisory firms, REITs, developers, real estate operating companies and industry service providers.
