Welcome to this library research guide! This research guide compiles resources that can help you submit a presentation proposal to the Mario Bennekin Symposium at Perimeter College.
Student Submission Information
The dean’s office invites currently enrolled Perimeter College students to submit scholarly papers, poems/spoken word, artwork, original music, and other forms of expression related to this year’s symposium theme. Our goal is to provide a platform for students to explore Black History in a scholarly manner. Student(s) chosen by committee will have their submission(s) published to the symposium website and their name(s) engraved on a plaque that will be displayed on a memorial wall, honoring the late Mario AJ Bennekin on Dunwoody’s campus. The student will also receive a plaque of their own.
