In NVivo, you can Autocode a transcript by Speaker Name to create a Case for each participant (how-to for Windows and Mac) during that process, it also creates a Case Classification in which you can create attributes about the participants to use for comparing themes in their data across different values of the attribute. For example: If you have a theory that GSU student reflections on the photos will be different from staff whose may be different from faculty, then you could create an attribute called GSU Status with the different values of Student, Staff, Faculty, and others (parent of student, etc.).
