Bloomberg is a powerful and flexible platform for financial professionals that can be accessed via the Bloomberg Terminals at various locations on campus (remote access is not available).
Bloomberg brings together real-time data on market news and research, and includes analytics and communication tools that can help professionals make smarter, faster, more informed business decisions. Bloomberg has data on more than 5 million bonds, equities, commodities currencies, and funds. It also covers almost every publicly traded company in the world, and it has profiles on more than a million people.

The Bloomberg Global Trading Challenge is an international, university-level investment competition where student teams use a Bloomberg Terminal and virtual funds to make investment decisions and grow their portfolio, aiming for the highest time-weighted relative return against a market index. The competition provides students with hands-on experience in real-world market conditions, requiring them to apply fundamental and news analysis, collaborate, and manage risk using Bloomberg's financial data platform.
Through this competition, teams of 3-5 students (led by a faculty advisor) will compete against other top students around the world to experience firsthand what real-world investing looks and feels like. Teams must register by the October 5th, 2025 and must include:1 team captain, 2-4 additional team members, 1 faculty advisor.
