Finishing Surveys

Preview Surveys

• Preview your survey before you send it out by clicking the blue "Preview" button in the upper right corner of the survey editor. This will open an additional tab.
• You can turn mobile view on or off, depending on how users will access your survey.
• Fill out the survey, making sure to test any skip logic, validation, or unusual answer combinations.

Publish Surveys

• You have to publish the survey for respondents to access it. Click the "Publish" button in the upper right corner of the survey editor. 
• Click "Publish" again in the next pop-up window.
• Once the survey is activated, you'll be given an anonymous link to share with potential respondents.

Distributing Surveys

Distributions Tab

• The Distributions tab allows you to start collecting responses and monitor your response collection.
• Select the green "Distribute Survey" button.

• The pop-up window will give you several options for distributing your survey, including sending email, embedding on a website, sharing through social media, and scanning a QR code.
• The distributions summary will keep track of the date and method of responses.

Pausing Responses

• Use the "Pause Response Collection" button in the Distributions tab if you need to temporarily stop responses, but want the option to open it again later.
• You can also set a date for a survey to expire: Survey Expiration

Data Collection and Exporting Data Files

Data & Analysis Tab

• The Data & Analysis tab allows you to view individual responses, delete responses, and download your data sets.
• To view an individual response, look under the "Actions" column and select the dropdown arrow next to a response. Click "View Response".

Exporting Response Data

• Click the "Export & Import" button in the Data & Analysis tab and select "Export Data".

• There are multiple file types available, including Excel, Google Drive, and SPSS.
