The Panther Pickup Lockers at the University Library, Atlanta Campus are a convenient, contactless way for Georgia State faculty, staff, and currently enrolled students to pick up requested materials and skip the service desk.
Library books and physical media from our circulating collections are eligible to be checked out and delivered to the lockers. Materials requested from other libraries including GIL Express are picked up from the Library North 1 service desk.
The lockers are located along the brick wall inside the Library North entrance just outside the security gates. Pickups are available as long as the library is open.
Place a request through the Library Catalog and select Panther Pickup Lockers (Atlanta Campus) as your pickup location. Georgia State books and physical media from our circulating collections are delivered to the lockers daily. You will get an email from Luxer One when your items are ready for pickup. Plan to pick-up your time-sensitive items as quickly as possible.
Enter the access code included in the email or text message to open your assigned locker. For a contactless pickup, use the Luxer One mobile app to scan the QR code or use the open locker door button to open your assigned locker. Remove your items and close the locker door.
If items are not picked up within 5 days, the locker reservation expires. Expired items are removed and placed on the hold shelf at the Library North 1 service desk for 5 days. When the hold shelf expires items are placed back in the stacks or returned to the home library to be made available to other users.
When you are finished with your library items, simply return them to the book drop to the left of the security desk or to the service desk when the library is open.

Your Luxer One account uses your Georgia State University email address and a password of your choice. You may add a phone number to receive SMS package alerts.
