LSEG Workspace contains comprehensive data on companies, covering many aspects of their composition, their activities, and their performance. In this course you will learn how to navigate the wide range of available content available at the company level, as well as a variety of approaches to screening and reporting on sets of companies, mergers and acquisitions, and IPOs.
Research company financials confidently with our fundamentals data, a dataset providing global coverage of publicly-traded companies from developed to emerging markets. The data provides the user with company’s current financial health and when combined historically, the financial ‘life-story’ of the company.
When you login to LSEG Workspace you will see a landing page with multiple windows that you can browse for information.
Enter the company ticker or name in the search box to view a list of companies. Click on one of the options to access the company page:

Company information is organized under different tabs (overview, news & research, price & charts, etc). The default view is the "overview". To explore another area, click on the tab.

You can also navigate the information under the individual tabs by clicking on one and choosing an item from the drop-down menu:

LSEG Workspace also allows you to create and customize lists of companies or deals using the "Screener" app:

The screener allows patrons use the "universe" section to define the content that they want to screen:

Once the universe has been selected, use the "quick filters" or type in the "add filter" box to build in screening criteria:

Note: the "quick filters" will differ depending on the type of "universe" selected.
