Literary Sources

For Students (Complete Collection)
A great place for background information on short stories and books.
News & Newspapers
A database that focuses on newspapers from all over the world as well as in the US. Also includes other sources such as magazines and scholarly articles.
ProQuest Central
A large database that covers several subjects
ProQuest Social Sciences Premium Collection
This collection includes a range of full-text and index resources across social science disciplines, also providing abstracts, indexing, and full-text coverage of journal articles, books, dissertations, and more, including over 4,300 full-text titles.

Searching tips

Use your topic to come up with search terms
If you get too many results, use filters located in the database to narrow down your search
You can also change the search terms or use synomyns to alter your results
Need to narrow results down further? Try using the "W" questions to come up with additional search terms

- When
