Your local public library

This page gives instructions for accessing audiobooks via AFPL, which any GSU student can access. Your local public library probably has other options. Check with your city or county public library, and if you need help, email your online librarian Jason Puckett.

Getting Audiobooks

GSU Library has few to no audiobooks. I recommend using the Atlanta-Fulton Public Library System's (AFPLS) audiobooks. Here's what you need to know:

Libby's easy and free!

Setting up Libby

Install Libby on your phone, tablet or computer.

Open Libby and click/tap the face icon at the top right. Select "Add a Library."

Search for "Atlanta-Fulton Public Library System" and follow the instructions to sign in with your library card number and PIN. (If you didn't get your AFPLS library card already, sign up here for a 30-day account.)

Once you're signed in, search by clicking the magnifying glass at the top right, or if you want to browse all the YA audio titles:

Scroll down and select Available Audiobooks, then Refine and select Audience, then Young Adult.

That's it! Select a book and you can download it by clicking Borrow to download it right away.
