Dunwoody Dental Hygiene: CRAAP Test

Research Tools

Resource Evaluation

Health information can be extremely useful, however, it can also be confusing and overwhelming. Given the wealth of information available through the Internet, journals and other sources, it's important to be able to evaluate its quality. This can be difficult because health information changes often as a result of new research, and there may be different valid treatments.

Read through tabs 1-5  under the CRAAP Test Tab to familiarize yourself with how to evaluate resources. Explore the samples to test your evaluation skills.
