Subject Encyclopedias

Subject encyclopedias are encyclopedias that cover a particular area like communication or psychology. These can be useful starting points to help you narrow down your topic, get background information and overviews on your topic, and further sources in the bibliographies of each article.

Here are a few recommendations -- check the catalog and the reference section on Library North 2 for more.

Search the library's catalog GIL-Find to locate books and other materials.

GIL-Find does not include articles.
