Feel free to contact me if you need additional information about these resources and how to use them. My contact information is on the right side of each page in the guide.
What are Government Documents?
Materials published by a government agency, such as the Department of Education.
Are catalogued differently than other library materials: The Superintendent of Documents Classification System (SuDocs) is used instead of the usual Library of Congress (LC) classification system.
Organized by agency creating the document. Call number example from a GIL catalog government document record: ED 1.336:SCH 6 .
