Citation Analysis/Journal Evaluation
Citation analysis is typically conducted when a faculty member is up for tenure review. Counts are used to indicate the number of times a work has been cited, known as "times cited". The more counts a work has, the more significant the article becomes in the field. Because of this, it can be helpful to use such articles in your research as it will offer strong support and credibility.
- Tenure Preparation Resources Guide This guide provides information and links to resources used in tenure preparation but can also be used for general research needs such as citation analysis and journal evaluation.
